Nech\u00e1m prejs\u0165 varom a nalievam do flia\u0161, ktor\u00e9 sterilizujem.Pre dospel\u00fdch je vhodn\u00fd b\u00e1zov\u00fd lik\u00e9r, alebo v\u00ednko.Na lik\u00e9r potrebujeme ale nie kvety, ale plody b\u00e1zy \u010diernej. Nazbierame 3 kg plodov d\u00e1me ich vari\u0165 do hrnca tak, \u017ee ich voda prikryje, prid\u00e1me klin\u010deky, cel\u00fa \u0161koricu, vanilkov\u00fd cukor a p\u00e1r zrniek k\u00e1vy. Prid\u00e1me aj o\u0161\u00fapan\u00fd a nakr\u00e1jan\u00fd citr\u00f3n. Kto r\u00e1d sladk\u00e9 tak nech prid\u00e1 aj p\u00e1r ly\u017e\u00edc cukru.Kr\u00e1tko povar\u00edme a nech\u00e1me na chladnom mieste aspo\u0148 24 hod\u00edn. Potom d\u00f4kladne preced\u00edme a prid\u00e1me rum- pod\u013ea chuti- kto ak\u00fd siln\u00fd lik\u00e9r chce. Ja d\u00e1vam v pomere 1:1.Z plodov rob\u00edm aj v\u00ednko. Je pravdou, \u017ee spravidla s r\u00edbez\u013eami. Klasick\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom s pridan\u00edm cukru.Samotn\u00e9 b\u00e1zov\u00e9 v\u00ednko by bolo \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie a pomerne zle kysne- niekto preto prid\u00e1va dro\u017edie. Ak prid\u00e1vam \u010dierne r\u00edbezle \u2013 tak potom vytv\u00e1ram v\u00ednko podobn\u00e9 v\u00ednku PEREG.V\u0161etko \u010do je v pr\u00edrode a d\u00e1 sa vyu\u017ei\u0165 na\u0161i star\u00ed rodi\u010dia vyu\u017e\u00edvali. &#8211;Sk\u00faste si tieto dobroty urobi\u0165 aj vy.
